Convert Paper Records to Word

I’m digitising a backlog of paper documents and need reliable help turning their text into an editable Microsoft Word file. Each page is currently only available in hard-copy form, so I’ll supply high-resolution scans for you to read from. Your job is simple but accuracy-critical: type every word exactly as it appears, preserve headings and paragraph breaks, and leave a clear note wherever handwriting or print is unreadable.

Once complete, return a single, neatly formatted .docx that mirrors the original layout as closely as practical. I’ll review the work against the scans, so please proof-read before submission.

Deliverables
• One consolidated Word document containing all transcribed text
• A brief list of any sections marked “illegible” or needing clarification

I’m ready to send the first batch as soon as we agree on a start date and turnaround time. If this initial set goes smoothly there’s plenty more to follow, so attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.
