Convert Paper Forms to Spreadsheet

I have between 50 and 200 paper forms that must be transcribed into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Each form contains only one category of data I care about—names and contact details—so every row in the workbook will represent one form while each column will cover the usual contact fields (first name, last name, phone, email, street, city, state, ZIP, and any other contact info you notice).

Because these forms were filled in by hand, I’ll rely on you to flag illegible entries and suggest practical data-validation rules that will keep typos to a minimum going forward (for example, dropdowns for states or automated email format checks). If you have best-practice templates or VBA snippets that speed this up, feel free to propose them.

Deliverables
• Master Excel file containing all captured data, clearly labeled and free of duplicates
• A brief note outlining any validation rules or cleanup steps you recommend (and implemented, if approved)
• A separate tab or comment log of any questionable or unreadable fields needing my review

Accuracy and confidentiality are paramount, so please describe how you’ll double-check entries and keep the source documents secure. Once we agree on the exact field list and validation approach, you can begin immediately.
