Convert JPG to AI for Blinds

I need three cartoon drawings converted into Adobe Illustrator files. The illustrations are to be printed on wooden blinds (width per blind 4', height 6'; 1 image per blind - actual size of image will be smaller than the 4' x 6' dimensions).
