Convert Council Plans to Construction Drawings

I have a complete set of council-approved plans and matching samples of the finished drawings I expect. Your task is to re-draft the approval set in AutoCAD and turn them into a fully detailed construction package.

The finished file must read as true working drawings: consistent layers, clear dimensions, key notes, door and window tags and anything else a builder or certifier would reasonably need. Please make sure the following sheets are part of the set:

• Cross-sections that cut through the critical structural lines
• Front and side elevations showing finished levels and materials
• A coordinated roof plan with falls, gutters and any penetrations

Deliver both the editable DWG files and print-ready PDFs. Accuracy to the attached samples matters more than speed, but let me know your realistic turnaround time when you reply.
