Convert Bullet Reports to Excel

There is a stack of printed reports organised solely as bullet-point lists. Each bullet contains a name and its corresponding contact details, and nothing else in these documents matters for this job.

I need every name and its full set of contact information lifted from those bullet points and placed into a clean, well-structured Excel file. A separate column for each element you capture is essential so the sheet can be sorted and filtered later with no extra work on my side.

Use whatever mix of OCR, data-capture software, or careful manual entry you prefer, but the final spreadsheet must be 100 % legible and free of typos. A quick visual proof check against the scans is part of the hand-off, along with a note of any bullet you found unreadable so I can double-verify it on my end.

Deliverable: one .xlsx file containing all extracted names and contact details, ready for immediate analysis.
