Convert 400-Page Diary to Word

I have a complete diary, already printed on A4 sheets, running a little over 400 pages. Every page is fully typed—there’s no handwriting or images—so the task is straightforward data entry or clean OCR, followed by a careful pass to preserve the existing line breaks, paragraph spacing, indents, headers, and any other subtle layout choices I made.

Additionally, I need someone who can work locally with me in Tadley, Hampshire to convert notes stored in iCloud into Word documents since direct access cannot be provided. The freelancer must have the necessary equipment and skills to handle scanning and converting the printed pages into an accurate Word document that mirrors the original layout.
