Contract Compliance Dashboard Portal

I already maintain a structured database of multiple contracts between our company and external contractors. What I need now, and need quickly, is a web-based portal that turns that raw data into an interactive compliance tool.

Core workflow
• Two roles only—Admin and Company Representative—must be able to log in securely.
• A clean dashboard should surface key contract details, the latest milestone updates, and any outstanding compliance alerts on first load.
• Milestones are to be updated directly on the portal (no file uploads or external forms). Once saved, those updates must write back to the existing database.
• A rules-driven alert engine should trigger automatic e-mails or on-screen messages when a deadline is approaching, missed, or when any other predefined contract condition is met. Target recipients vary by alert type.

Timeframe
I need the first working version—including user authentication, role management, dashboard views, edit screens, and the basic alert scheduler—within 7 calendar days.

Deliverables
1. Responsive web portal connected to my current database (credentials will be provided).
2. Role-based access control for Admin and Company Representative.
3. Dashboard widgets for contract details, milestone status, and compliance alerts.
4. Inline milestone edit capability with audit logging.
5. Configurable, time-based e-mail/message alert system.
6. Deployment instructions and brief hand-off walkthrough.

Acceptance criteria
The portal must load the live data set, allow me to create a test milestone, trigger a sample alert, and display that alert on the dashboard as well as send the corresponding e-mail.
