Content Production & Product Operations Specialist - Canva, ElevenLabs, Web App QA

We are preparing the first program for a new guided learning/self-development web application aimed initially at working professionals.

I am looking for one reliable freelancer who can own the operational production workflow, rather than separate freelancers for design, audio, content upload and testing.

The educational concepts, written content, scripts, scenarios and storyboards will primarily be provided. Your responsibility will be turning those specifications into polished production assets and configuring/testing them inside the web application.

Main responsibilities

Media production

* Create polished educational/knowledge videos in Canva
* Establish and maintain a consistent media style/template
* Generate professional voice narration and guided-practice audio using ElevenLabs
* Work with background audio where required
* Create/manage captions and supporting graphics
* Export assets according to provided media specifications

Content operations

* Maintain properly structured Google Drive folders
* Follow strict file-naming and version-control conventions
* Upload and configure program content inside our web-app admin
* Configure knowledge content, guided practices, scenarios, reflections and related mission elements
* Keep editable source files as well as final exported assets organized

Quality assurance

* Preview and test configured missions
* Test important user journeys on desktop and mobile
* Check video/audio playback, captions, content sequencing and mission completion
* Identify UI/UX or functional issues
* Report bugs clearly with screenshots/video, reproduction steps, expected behaviour and actual behaviour
* Retest resolved issues

What I am looking for

You should be highly comfortable with Canva and have strong visual judgement.

Experience with ElevenLabs or similar AI voice/audio tools is strongly preferred.

You should have excellent attention to detail, good written English, confidence working with web application admin/CMS interfaces, and strong file/document organization.

Experience in eLearning, instructional-media production, LMS/course administration, website testing or manual QA is a significant advantage.

You do not need to create the educational curriculum independently. Detailed content/script/storyboard specifications will be provided.

Initial paid pilot

The first engagement will be a paid pilot using one program mission.

You will be asked to:

1. Establish a simple media style based on the existing product brand.
2. Produce one short Knowledge video from a supplied script/storyboard.
3. Produce one Guided Practice audio asset.
4. Organize the editable and exported assets correctly.
5. Configure the mission in our staging web application.
6. Test the completed user experience and submit a concise QA report.

If the pilot is successful, the engagement will continue for production and configuration of the complete first program and potentially future Serenize programs.
