I need a custom inventory-management system tailored to the daily realities of my building sites. At any moment I want to know exactly how much cement, rebar, timber, and fixtures are sitting on each location, what was consumed today, and what must be reordered before work stalls. A clean web dashboard (ideally with a companion mobile view for site supervisors) should let us:

• Create and edit material SKUs, units, and supplier data
• Record deliveries, issues to crews, and site-to-site transfers—barcode or RFID scanning would be a plus
• Watch live stock levels with low-threshold alerts by email or push notification
• Generate daily, weekly, and per-site usage reports exportable to Excel/PDF
• Control access by role so that foremen, storekeepers, and head office each see the right menus

I’m working against the clock, so I need a working first version as soon as possible. Please attach a detailed project proposal showing your suggested tech stack, database design outline, milestone schedule, and how you plan to handle testing, deployment, and short-term post-launch support.

If you’ve built something similar before, feel free to reference it, but the key to winning this job is a clear, actionable plan that gets my team using the software quickly and confidently.
