Construction CAD & Tender Estimation

I run a portfolio of ongoing construction and building developments and need a remote partner who can move smoothly between detailed CAD work and full-scope tender estimating.

On the drawing side you will turn my sketches, mark-ups, and consultant notes into coordinated, trade-ready construction documents—architectural, structural, MEP, finishes, everything required for site execution. I expect clean DWG and PDF sets, clearly layered, dimensionally accurate, and code-compliant.

In parallel you will prepare the tender package that captures the complete project cost: materials, labour, equipment, preliminaries, overheads, and an appropriate profit margin. Your take-offs must line up with the drawings line-by-line so that contractors can price without guesswork.

Preferred tools include AutoCAD or Revit for drafting and solid Excel skills for estimating, but I am open as long as the output is precise and well-presented.

Deliverables for each assignment
• Full multi-trade construction drawing set (DWG & PDF)
• Bill of Quantities with rate build-ups and summary sheets
• Brief written clarification of assumptions or exclusions

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings and BOQ quantities reconcile without discrepancies greater than 1 %
• Costs broken down per trade and clearly show overhead & profit lines
• All files delivered on or before the agreed milestone
