Im looking to build these dashboards for my business- I need them to intergrate with my crm, qb, ect..
1. Owner's Executive Dashboard – Overall business performance, revenue, profit, cash flow, active jobs, outstanding payments, and growth goals.
2. Financial Dashboard – Income, expenses, overhead, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank balances, cash flow, and net profit.
3. Job Profitability Dashboard – Individual job budgets, estimated versus actual costs, change orders, gross profit, profit margins, and jobs over budget.
4. Sales & Marketing Dashboard – Leads, lead sources, advertising spending, cost per lead, estimates sent, closing rates, customer acquisition costs, and marketing ROI.
5. Production & Operations Dashboard – Active projects, job schedules, completion percentages, overdue tasks, upcoming jobs, subcontractor scheduling, and project delays.
6. Employee Performance Dashboard – Employee productivity, assigned jobs, completed tasks, estimates produced, project management performance, and individual accountability.
All six dashboards will connect to one main Sumrall Construction Command Center, with information automatically updated from JobTread, QuickBooks, n8n, and marketing platforms wherever integrations are available.
