I have a stack of printed, fully-typed documents that all follow the exact same layout. I need every field lifted from each page and entered into a clean Excel sheet that mirrors that structure. Accuracy is critical because downstream calculations depend on the numbers lining up perfectly, so I’ll supply a template with column headers and a short sample row that shows the formatting I expect.

I will send high-resolution scans (PDF) in batches, and I’d like the completed spreadsheet returned after each batch so I can review as we go. Please include a brief note on how you’ll keep entry errors to an absolute minimum—double-keying, formula checks, or any other method you prefer—and let me know your typical turnaround time per 100 pages.
