Connect GoDaddy 365 Email to Bigin

I’m stuck at the very last step of linking my GoDaddy-hosted Microsoft 365 mailbox to Bigin CRM. Bigin launches the standard Microsoft sign-in window but the credential screen simply loops back, so the account never authenticates. Oddly, I can open the same mailbox directly in Outlook on the web without any issue, so the address and password are valid—Bigin just won’t accept them.

Here’s what I need from you: diagnose why the Microsoft sign-in flow is being rejected and complete the secure OAuth connection so that my primary email shows as “Connected” inside Bigin. I expect to be able to send and receive mail straight from the CRM once you’re done.

Likely touchpoints will include GoDaddy’s Microsoft 365 admin panel, Azure/Entra permissions, any required DNS or API settings, and Bigin’s email configuration screen, but I’m open to whatever path gets this working reliably.
