I already have the ATA hardware on hand; I just need it hooked up and quickly configured so my analogue desk phone can live on a digital (VoIP) line. The goal is simple: once we’re done, I want to lift the handset and place or receive a basic call with clean audio.

You’ll handle the cabling from the phone to the FXS port, link the adapter to my router, enter any SIP details my provider requires, and verify dial tone and call quality. No voicemail or caller-ID tweaks are needed right now—just rock-solid basic calling.

Please be comfortable with common ATA menus, impedance settings, codecs, and NAT traversal. You can walk me through it over a video session or, if you’re nearby, come onsite.

Deliverables
• ATA wired, powered, and showing normal status lights
• Configuration saved and surviving a reboot
• Successful incoming and outgoing call tests on the analogue phone
