I need the parameters on an Allen-Bradley MPL-B320 servo motor carefully re-worked so I can squeeze more positional accuracy out of it when driving a rotational load. The drive is already in place and operating, but its present tuning leaves too much drift and overshoot for my application.
What I’m looking for:
• Review of the existing motion profile, feedback device settings and loop gains.
• Re-tuning and optimisation focused on improving precision during positioning moves.
• Validation on the machine: repeatability tests, final fine-tweaks and a concise hand-over report with the new parameter set.
Please be fluent with Rockwell / Kinetix tools and comfortable commissioning this specific MPL-B320 model in a live production environment. I can supply current backup files and remote access; on-site work is a plus but not mandatory as long as the end result meets the tighter accuracy specs.
