I need a complete structural design package for a brand-new concrete school building that will rise three to four storeys. The architectural concept is already sketched, so your focus is to translate it into a safe, code-compliant structural system I can hand straight to the local authorities and the contractors.

Please base the solution on reinforced concrete framing—slabs, beams, columns, and foundations—sized for typical classroom, corridor, and assembly loads. Local seismic and wind requirements must be reflected in your calculations.

Deliverables I expect:
• Full set of structural drawings in DWG and PDF (plans, elevations, sections, details)
• Design calculations report generated from ETABS / SAP2000 / STAAD Pro (or equivalent) showing load cases, combinations, and member checks
• Rebar schedules and bar-bending lists
• General construction notes and material specifications suitable for tender
• A short summary explaining any assumptions so reviewers can trace your logic

Acceptance will be based on:
