Conceptual 5-Lot Subdivision Plan

I have a 25-acre parcel that I’d like to break into five individual lots, each a minimum of four acres, with the remainder distributed so some parcels end up larger than others. All I need at this stage is a clean, conceptual layout that shows the lot lines and the approximate acreage for each parcel—no road alignments, building envelopes, or utility stubs are necessary.

You can work from the rough boundary sketch included in the attachments rather than hunting down surveys or county GIS layers, so absolute precision isn’t required. A clear PDF (and, if you work in CAD or GIS, the native file) will be enough for me to share with local officials and potential buyers.
