I need a fresh pair of eyes to walk through my live website and tell me, in plain language, where the user experience breaks down. Your mission is to judge how easy it is for real people to find information and move around, then document every friction point you encounter.

Scope
• Work through the entire site on desktop/laptop, mobile phones and tablets.
• Pay special attention to menus, internal links, search, and any journey that starts on the home page and ends in deeper content.
• Note anything that feels confusing, slow, or visually inconsistent.
• Repeat the same journeys in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge so I can see if an issue is browser-specific.

Deliverables
1. A concise test report (PDF or Google Doc) that groups findings by device type and browser.
2. Clear reproduction steps, screenshots or short screen-capture clips for each issue.
3. Practical, prioritised recommendations for improving navigation and information discovery.

Acceptance criteria
• Every reported issue can be reproduced by following the steps exactly as written.
• Recommendations are tied to specific pain points, not generic advice.
• Report is delivered within three days of access being granted.

No automated tools are necessary—this is strictly manual, observational testing. If you have questions about access or want to clarify a test path before starting, just let me know.
