I’m looking for a seasoned CRO specialist to give my ecommerce site a clear-eyed, end-to-end evaluation and deliver a stand-alone audit document that I can hand straight to the dev team later.

Scope of pages

• Product detail pages (deep dive requested)
• Cart and full checkout flow (deep dive requested)
• About-us and any ancillary trust pages

What I expect from the audit
• A written report (PDF or Google Doc) outlining usability issues, friction points, persuasion gaps and quick-win opportunities
• Prioritised, actionable recommendations with estimated impact and effort so I can decide what to implement first
• Supporting evidence—annotated screenshots, funnel snapshots, or GA/Hotjar insights—where relevant

I don’t need you to fix anything right now; the entire engagement ends with the delivery of the report. If you’re confident analysing product detail, cart and checkout behaviour in depth and can communicate findings clearly, I’d love to work with you.
