Project: TikTok Account Setup & Organic Growth — Vietnam Market
Overview
We're looking for an experienced social media growth specialist (or agency) to set up and grow a network of TikTok accounts targeting the Vietnam market. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience launching TikTok presences from scratch in Vietnam and understands the platform's algorithm, trends, and audience behavior in Vietnam specifically.
Scope of Work
Phase 1: Account Setup
Create and configure 5 TikTok Business accounts targeting the Vietnam market
Optimize each profile (bio, profile image, link-in-bio, category/niche tagging)
Set up TikTok Business Suite / Creator Tools as applicable
Ensure compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service and Vietnam-specific regulations
Recommend account structure (e.g., one flagship account vs. multiple niche accounts)
Phase 2: Content & Growth Strategy
Develop a content strategy tailored to Vietnam TikTok audiences (trends, sounds, formats, posting cadence)
Draft a 30/60/90-day content calendar
Recommend and help produce short-form video content (or work with an existing content team)
Community engagement: responding to comments, engaging with related creators/hashtags in the niche
Optional: manage a TikTok Ads budget for paid boost/promotion (specify if in scope)
Phase 3: Growth & Reporting
Grow follower base and engagement organically (no bot followers, engagement pods, or purchased engagement — must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines)
Track and report on KPIs: follower growth, views, engagement rate, watch time, click-throughs
Weekly/bi-weekly performance reports with recommendations
Requirements
Should be based out of Vietnam region and have a local number
Proven track record growing TikTok accounts in Vietnam Region
Familiarity with TikTok Business Suite, Creator Marketplace, and TikTok Ads Manager
Understanding of TikTok's algorithm and content trends relevant to Vietnam
Strong communication skills in English
