Sharetribe Marketplace Tester Full User Flow & Feature Testing

We are looking for an experienced Sharetribe marketplace tester to test a membership-based marketplace currently under development.
The goal is to thoroughly test the platform before the core build is finalized, identify bugs, missing functionality, incorrect behavior, and integration issues, and provide clear documentation that the development team can use to fix them.
We already have a detailed User Flow & Feature Testing spreadsheet with the test cases and expected behavior. You will follow the provided test flows step-by-step and document the results.

Integration Testing
A key part of the assignment is also validating the membership-related integration:
Sharetribe → n8n → GoHighLevel
Test whether important events can be captured and passed correctly, including:
- New account/member creation
- Profile updates
- Membership upgrades/changes
- Payments
- Renewals
- Cancellations
- Downgrades
- Other relevant membership status changes
For each relevant event, document:
Event → Trigger/method → Data received → n8n → GHL → Result
If an event cannot be captured automatically, clearly document the limitation and what would be required instead.
Testing Requirements
- Follow the provided testing spreadsheet
- Test every step in sequence
- Create fresh test accounts
- Test desktop and mobile
- Mark each test Pass / Fail / Partial / Blocked
- Clearly document the actual result
- Provide screenshots/videos for failures where useful
- Reference the relevant test-step number
- Highlight critical blockers separately
Deliverables
1. Completed testing spreadsheet
2. Clear list of bugs/issues with step references
3. Screenshots/video evidence where applicable
4. Sharetribe → n8n → GHL integration status
5. List of critical blockers
6. Short recommendation on whether the platform is ready for the next stage
Important: This is a testing/QA assignment, not a rebuild project. The priority is to independently test the existing implementation and identify anything that needs to be fixed before the core build progresses.
