Comprehensive Dell & VMware Training

I want to work one-on-one with an engineer who actively designs, deploys and supports modern Dell infrastructure. My aim is to master the practical, day-to-day tasks I would face in an enterprise data-centre, so the training must go beyond slideware and into real configuration and troubleshooting.

Core topics I need to cover
• Dell PowerEdge server deployment, lifecycle management and advanced iDRAC features
• PowerStore and PowerMax storage provisioning, replication and performance tuning, plus PowerVault integration for tiered backup
• PowerSwitch networking design for hyper-converged and traditional stacks
• VMware ESXi, vCenter and virtual networking, including best-practice hardening
• VxRail end-to-end installation, expansion, and patching workflows
• Dell Data Protection Suite, image-level backup, and granular restore scenarios
• Enterprise security fundamentals with hands-on vulnerability assessment & penetration testing (VAPT) against the above platforms

How I picture the engagement
– A clear syllabus with learning objectives and expected lab outcomes for each module
– Interactive demonstrations (live or recorded), followed by guided labs I can repeat on my own hardware or nested virtual lab
– Troubleshooting clinics: you present common break/fix cases and we solve them together
– Short assessments or checklists so I can verify I have genuinely mastered each area
– Session recordings and all lab guides delivered at the end of the course
