Comprehensive Bookkeeping Report Preparation

I want an experienced bookkeeper who can take my existing transaction data and turn it into clear, GAAP-compliant financial reports. My priority is the reporting side of bookkeeping rather than day-to-day data entry, so you will start with data that is already captured in QuickBooks Online and focus on producing accurate statements each month.

Deliverables
• Balance Sheet
• Income Statement (P&L)
• Cash Flow Statement

I expect the numbers to reconcile to the trial balance already in the system and for each report to be delivered in both PDF and Excel formats. A brief commentary that highlights any unusual variances or red flags for the period will be appreciated.
