I am looking for a reliable accounting professional who can step in immediately and handle three core tasks for my business:

• Ongoing bookkeeping—entering, categorising, and reconciling all transactions inside FreshBooks so my records stay current and audit-ready.
• Tax return preparation—organising the year’s data, identifying deductible items, and producing a complete, filing-ready return.
• Financial statement preparation—delivering an accurate balance sheet, income statement, and cash-flow report that align with GAAP standards.

Everything needs to be managed directly in FreshBooks, so solid experience with that platform is essential. I would like the first clean set of books and draft returns turned around as soon as possible; please outline a realistic timeline in your proposal.

Acceptance criteria
1. All transactions entered and reconciled through the latest statement date.
