Comprehensive Accounting Support Needed

I’m looking for a seasoned accountant who can take full ownership of my books from day-to-day entries right through to year-end reporting. The immediate priorities are:

• Monthly bookkeeping and general ledger upkeep so every transaction is coded accurately and bank accounts stay reconciled.
• Timely payroll processing, including payslip generation and statutory filings, to keep employees paid and compliant.
• Accurate financial-statement preparation—balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash-flow—ready for internal review and any external presentation.
• Personal tax preparation for the current fiscal year, covering all schedules and deductions so my return is filed error-free and optimised.

I keep records in QuickBooks Online, but I’m open to Xero or similar if you can migrate the data smoothly. GAAP familiarity is essential, and I’d value someone comfortable explaining variances or spotting trends in plain English.

Deliverables will be the reconciled books, a full set of financial statements, processed payroll reports, and the completed personal tax return, all handed over in digital format.
