Complex WordPress/WooCommerce Debug & Fix

Our long-running WooCommerce store has drifted into a tangle of problems—pages built with Elementor sometimes render half-broken, orders randomly fail, the database occasionally spikes to 100 % CPU, and server logs show intermittent 500 errors that no one has traced to a single culprit. A few quick patches have masked the symptoms for a day or two, but the instability always creeps back.
I need you to run a full-scale technical audit, uncover the root causes, and engineer permanent fixes. That means digging through code, plugins, theme overrides, queries, and server configurations until the chain of issues is truly resolved. I can give you admin credentials, cPanel/SSH, and error logs; if you need staging cloned from production, just outline the setup and I’ll arrange it.
The remit includes:
• A written report that pinpoints each underlying issue (WooCommerce hooks, Elementor conflicts, misconfigured caching, database bottlenecks, PHP/NGINX settings—whatever you find).
• Clean, well-documented code or configuration changes applied first on staging, then promoted to live after approval.
• Post-fix verification: cross-browser/device testing, load testing where relevant, and confirmation that checkout, account pages, and Elementor templates work flawlessly.
• A brief hand-off outlining any ongoing maintenance or monitoring we should keep in place.
Advanced debugging tools such as Query Monitor, WP-CLI, xDebug, or New Relic are welcome—use whatever will get to the truth fastest. If a custom plugin tweak, database index, or server cache rule is required, that’s within scope.
I’m looking for someone who has solved gnarly WordPress performance and stability puzzles before, not just installed plugins. Let me know your approach and typical turnaround for an audit of this depth, and we can get started right away.
