I have a complex part that needs to be cut on a CNC milling machine. The geometry includes several detailed pockets and through-holes, and I will supply you with clear photos and a dimensioned sketch that capture every critical measurement.
Your job is to translate those visuals into a reliable, collision-free G-code program ready for production. I’m open to whatever CAM workflow you prefer—Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidCAM, or any other package—as long as the final code runs smoothly on a standard Fanuc-style controller.
Deliverables
• Verified G-code file, organized by tool and operation
• Setup sheet listing tooling, speeds, feeds, and work offsets
• A quick simulation screenshot or short video proving there are no gouges or crashes
Acceptance Criteria
The code must machine all features to the dimensions shown on the sketch, leave the specified finish allowance where noted, and stay within the part envelope without triggering limit alarms.
If you have a track record programming intricate milled parts from minimal data, I’d like to work with you—let me know your typical turnaround time and a brief note on the software you intend to use.
