Complete Sangam Connect School App

We are looking for an experienced Flutter + Firebase developer to professionally complete, refine, test and deploy an existing school mobile application called Sangam Connect.

A substantial working prototype has already been developed in Flutter, with Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore integrated. The developer will receive the existing source code and is expected to improve and productionise it rather than build the entire application from scratch.

The app will be used by students and authorised school staff and will primarily serve two purposes: school notices and inter-house/school competition management.

Main Features Required
Google sign-in using authorised school email accounts
User roles/permissions for Students, Teachers and Administrators
Student profile information including name, grade/class and house
School Notices section
Teachers/Admins can create and publish notices
Notices can be displayed to appropriate users
Competition section
Teachers/Admins can create competitions
Competition information including title, description, date, registration deadline and eligible grades
Grade-based eligibility restrictions
Students can register/unregister for eligible competitions
Registration confirmation
Teachers/Admins can view competition registrations
Competition results
House-based information/results where applicable
Clean student-friendly dashboard
Push notifications for important notices/competition updates
Secure Firebase database structure and appropriate Firestore security rules
Proper error handling and loading states
Responsive and polished UI
Testing on both Android and iOS
Production build and deployment assistance for Google Play Store and Apple App Store
