Complete GeM Tender Submission

I need an expert who can take my service-based bid all the way through the GeM portal, from opening the tender on my dashboard to the final click that confirms a successful upload. All mandatory business certificates, tax details, bank info, service descriptions, pricing and past performance proofs are already organised and ready; what I lack is hands-on experience with GeM’s step-by-step workflow and its many compliance checks.

Your role is to log in under my credentials at an agreed time (with two-factor authentication co-ordination), create the technical and financial bid, attach each document in the exact section GeM expects, fill every annexure without errors, and submit before the closing deadline. I also want real-time updates so I can see what stage the bid is at and a final confirmation in PDF or screenshot form showing that the portal has accepted the tender.

Accepted deliverables:
• Complete, error-free submission on GeM for the specified service tender
• Downloaded acknowledgement / bid reference ID as proof of acceptance
• A short note summarising any clarifications raised by the portal after submission and guidance on responding, if needed
