Complete Existing Website Codebase

I have an unfinished web application hosted in a Bitbucket repo (https://bitbucket.org/wslegend/finco). You will receive full access to the source along with a clearly-written TASK.md that lists everything still pending. Your mission is to work through that checklist until the site runs flawlessly end-to-end on your machine and on mine.

Here is what I need from you:

• Clone the repo, build it locally, and send a quick set of screenshots or a short screen capture proving the current code runs on your environment.
• Work through every item in TASK.md, committing clean, well-commented code as you go.
• Once all tasks are complete, push the finished project to a new branch so I can review and merge.
• Include in your proposal an estimated timeline and a fixed cost for the whole job—no hourly quotes, please.

I’m happy to answer specific technical questions after you’ve looked through the repo, but I expect you to be self-directed, communicate progress regularly, and deliver production-ready code.
