I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD Plant 3D specialist to develop a complete, ready-to-use piping catalog and specifications covering all applicable pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500, including Class 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500.

Scope:

Pipes, elbows, tees, reducers, branches and fittings
Flanges (WN, SO, SW, THD, Blind, RF, RTJ)
Gaskets (spiral wound, RTJ, flat, full face)
Bolts, studs, nuts and fasteners with complete bolt reference data, sizes, lengths and specifications
Valves (gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, etc.)
Standard pipe supports (shoes, clamps, guides, hangers, trunnions, U-bolts, stops, etc.)
ASME-compatible dimensions, pressure ratings and connections
Complete applicable size ranges for all components
Required size range: 12" to 24" (DN300–DN600) for all applicable components

Requirements:
No Python scripts or custom scripting dependencies.
Native Plant 3D components wherever possible.
Complete, ready-to-use piping specifications for all applicable pressure classes.
Preconfigured bolt sets and bolt references, including correct bolt quantities, diameters, lengths, materials and flange compatibility.
Complete gasket and flange matching configurations.
All components correctly configured for 3D modelling, connectivity, BOM and automatic isometric drawing generation.
Ready-to-use isometric drawing setup, including component symbols, descriptions, annotations, bolt and gasket information, and BOM extraction.
Deliver complete .pcat, .pspc, .pspx files and necessary isometric configuration files.
All components must be tested for placement, connectivity, specification selection, and successful isometric generation.
