Compile & Grade Property Video

I have between 10 and 30 minutes of RAW real-estate walkthrough footage that now needs to be stitched into a single, seamless tour and graded so colours feel natural and true-to-life. Interior and exterior scenes are equally important, so white balance, exposure and tonal consistency must stay locked in across every shot.

All clips are already organised chronologically; you’ll simply need to trim the excess, align the joins so movement feels fluid, and apply colour correction/grading that keeps walls neutral, greenery vibrant but realistic, and skin tones accurate. No stylised LUTs—just a clean, balanced look that mirrors what the eye would see on-site.

Deliverables:
• One fully compiled walkthrough video approx. 4 mins long.
• A second file with matching colour-graded LUT or project file, so I can tweak if future changes are needed.
• Turnaround within a few days once files are shared.
