Compile APAC Tech Lead Database

I need a clean, ready-to-use lead list that covers three specific tech segments in four key Asian hubs. The scope is straightforward:

• 20 SaaS companies, 20 IT consulting firms, and 20 cloud or infrastructure providers headquartered or strongly represented in Dubai, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok.
• Exactly four decision-level contacts per company. The must-have job titles are Director Enterprise Sales APJ, Senior Recruiter APAC, VP ASEAN, and one additional senior stakeholder who typically influences enterprise deals (Hiring Manager, Enterprise AE, or Field CTO are all acceptable).
• Valid business emails and personal mobile numbers for every contact—work desk phones will not meet the requirement.

I will review the list in a single Google Sheet or Excel file with clear columns for company name, location, website, industry segment, contact name, title, email, mobile, and LinkedIn URL. Completed data should be fully deduplicated and verified so I can begin outreach immediately without extra cleaning.
