Compile 190 Images into 4K Video

I have 190 still images, numbered 191 down to 1, that I want turned into a smooth, cinematic 4 K (3840 × 2160) video at 24 fps. Each image should appear for roughly 1.5 seconds, beginning with a clean fade-in. I’m open to subtle, realistic alternatives—light zooms, cross-dissolves, or similar—provided the overall rhythm stays consistent.

Once the sequence reaches file 1, I’d like a brief closing flourish: please animate the individual cards so they fly off-screen in a natural, visually pleasing way. No soundtrack or voice-over is needed; the piece should remain silent.

Deliverables
• Final video file (H.264 MP4 preferred) in 4 K, 24 fps
• Source project file (After Effects, Premiere, or comparable) with all layers intact for any later tweaks
