Our processes live in Zoho CRM, Books, and Projects, yet teams still hand-off work by email and spreadsheets. I want that to end. Your job is to design and implement a single, end-to-end workflow automation that serves the whole company.
The flow must span Sales, Human Resources, and Finance—every stage from the first lead in CRM, through pipeline movement, project execution, right up to invoicing and internal approvals. I expect native tools such as Zoho Flow, Blueprints, Deluge scripting, and API connections to be used where they make most sense, but I’m open to alternative approaches you can justify.
Deliverables
• Mapped and documented process covering all three apps, with triggers, rules, and approvals clearly defined
• Live automation deployed in our Zoho production environment, fully tested and free of duplicate-record issues
• User guide or loom-style walkthrough so my in-house admin can maintain and tweak the solution
• One round of post-launch fine-tuning after real users have worked with the system for a week
