My company needs a single point of contact who can keep our statutory obligations airtight while driving a vibrant online presence. On the governance side you will maintain all statutory registers, prepare board minutes, submit annual returns and ensure full compliance with local regulations. Concurrently, I want you to own our digital marketing—especially social media marketing—focusing first on Facebook and YouTube, with the flexibility to expand to Instagram or LinkedIn if it serves our goals.

A new or completely refreshed website is also part of the brief. It should be modern, load quickly on mobile, connect smoothly to our social channels and support basic on-page SEO so the groundwork for future search visibility is in place.
