I need a fresh PCB layout for a new consumer-electronics gadget I’m developing. The board has to stay as compact as possible while still accommodating a double-layer stack-up for tighter routing and reliable grounding. I will give you the exact schematic, component library, and mechanical envelope; you translate that into a clean, manufacturable Gerber package plus a BOM ready for assembly.
Design for easy pick-and-place, respect my keep-out zones, and keep trace widths and clearances within standard FR-4 limits so the board can be produced by mainstream fabs without extra cost. I’ll review the first pass in Altium (or KiCad if you prefer) and send any tweaks, then we lock the final files and fabrication notes.
Deliverables are:
• Source project files
• Gerbers, drill files, and assembly drawings
• Updated BOM with manufacturer part numbers
Once I confirm the board houses can run the job without questions, we’re done.
Esp32s3 with a 12v input to 3.3v converter for esp and a connector for 5v strip lights so 12v to 5v converter also requires for the led strip and also A can transceiver like mcp2515 or similar connected to gpio 6 and 7, and programming port.
