Community Survey Coordinator Needed

I’m coordinating a new program for our NGO and need reliable baseline data straight from the people we serve. Your core job is to reach out to local community members and beneficiaries, conduct structured surveys or short interviews, and return clean, well-organized results that my team can plug straight into our planning documents.

Here’s how I see the workflow: after we agree on the questionnaire, you schedule and carry out face-to-face or phone surveys, log each response accurately, and flag any issues or noteworthy stories along the way. Solid, respectful communication is essential—you’ll often be the first point of contact between the organisation and the community, so clarity and empathy matter just as much as speed.

I use Google Sheets and Airtable for data storage, so familiarity with either one will keep everything seamless. If you prefer another tool that exports to CSV, let’s discuss; what matters is that every record is consistent, traceable, and easy for our analysts to filter.

Deliverables
• Completed survey dataset (CSV or shared Google Sheet)
• Brief summary highlighting patterns, red flags, and quotes worth sharing
• A concise hand-off note describing any follow-up required
