You will manage and grow an online community, keeping conversations active and on-brand across social channels.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow the brand's online community across social channels
Respond to comments, messages and community questions
Plan and schedule community-focused content
Monitor sentiment and flag issues proactively
Organise community engagement initiatives and campaigns
Report on community growth and engagement metrics
What you will need
Experience managing an online community or social media audience
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Metricool, Hootsuite, or similar)
Strong written communication and tone-of-voice skills
Comfortable moderating conversations professionally
Comfortable working UK business hours
Nice to have
Experience with Discord, Slack, or forum communities
Basic content creation skills (Canva or similar)
Experience running engagement campaigns
