I’m launching “hellosapa,” a web-based community space where visitors can exchange ideas and experiences. The core of the site is a set of lively discussion boards; everything else can stay minimal for now.

Here’s what I need from you: design and develop a clean, responsive website whose central feature is an easy-to-navigate forum. Members should be able to create threads, reply, search topics, and flag content for moderation. I’m open to whichever stack you prefer—whether it’s Discourse, NodeBB, phpBB, or a custom solution—as long as it’s secure, scalable, and simple for me to manage without deep technical knowledge.

Please include:
• A straightforward admin panel so I can add categories, pin posts, and handle reported content.
• Clear instructions for server setup and deployment.
• A brief hand-off session (recorded or live) covering maintenance basics.

User profiles and private messaging aren’t critical at launch, but build with extensibility in mind so we can layer those features in later. If you have past forum work, link it so I can get a feel for your style and technical approach. Looking forward to seeing how you’d bring “hellosapa” to life.
