Community Event Poster Design

I'm looking for a talented artist to create a captivating poster to promote a business/community event. The poster will be used for both print and social media.

I’m organizing an upcoming event and need a graphic designer to help pull together the final layout and an editable template.
The aesthetic is dark fantasy / gothic (ornate pillars, dragons, dark celestial vibes). I already have a rough visual mockup of the concept drafted, so the creative direction and style are already figured out. I just need someone who has an eye for layout and typography to turn it into clean, finished assets.

What I need delivered:
* Master Event Poster layout: High-res, clean typography integration, and balanced framing matching the draft.
* Facebook Event Banner: Adapted horizontal layout (1920x1005).
* Vendor Shout-out Template: Formatted with a clean placeholder frame for a vendor photo and editable text for their name and social handle.
* Layered PSD File: Cleanly organized source file with editable text and a clipping mask/smart object frame so I can drop vendor photos and info in myself. (I’ll handle the other social crop sizes on my own).

Assets ready to send:
* The rough mockup showing the composition, colors, and border framing
* Logo and all event text details
