About the Business
I run a web design business specializing in Figma UI/UX design and Webflow development. We create modern, professional websites for service-based businesses, personal brands, and small businesses.
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Specialist / Sales Closer who can help us acquire international clients and generate paid web design projects.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibility will be to:
Find and identify potential clients who need a new website or website redesign.
Reach out to qualified prospects through appropriate channels such as email, LinkedIn, and other permitted platforms.
Start conversations and qualify potential clients.
Understand their business, website requirements, goals, and budget.
Present our web design services and explain the value we provide.
Handle objections and follow up with interested prospects.
Schedule or conduct discovery calls when required.
Close qualified prospects into paying clients.
Maintain a simple record of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and results.
Target Clients
We are primarily targeting international service-based businesses such as:
Real estate professionals
Coaches and consultants
Gyms and fitness businesses
Salons and beauty businesses
Local service businesses
Personal brands
Small businesses with outdated or poorly designed websites
Target markets include USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and UAE.

We have a portfolio and sales materials that you can use when communicating with prospects.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position. There is no fixed salary.
You will receive a commission on successfully closed and paid projects.
The expected commission range is 15%–20% of the project value, depending on the project/package.
Example:
$1,000 project → $150–$200 commission
$2,000 project → $300–$400 commission
$3,000 project → $450–$600 commission
Commission will be paid through the platform according to the agreed milestone/payment structure.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or closing
Has experience selling digital services, websites, SaaS, marketing, or similar services
Is comfortable communicating with international clients
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Can handle objections and follow up consistently
Is comfortable working on a performance/commission basis
Can independently find and qualify prospects
Experience closing web design or digital-service clients is a strong advantage.
