Commission-Only Phone Sales Closer for Warm Inbound Leads (US or Canada)

We are a reputation management service that helps business owners improve and maintain their online reputation. We are looking for a US or Canada based closer to take over warm leads and turn them into paying customers.

What you will do:

Reach out fast to business owners who have already replied to us and shown interest
Run sales calls, answer questions, handle objections, and close the sale
Work inside our CRM using your own closer login

How the pay works:

Commission only, no base pay
20% of the sale price on every deal you close, with no cap
Clients are typically worth $500 to $4,000 each
Earned once the service is delivered to the customer, not when the customer pays us
Paid every two weeks through Upwork
Lead volume varies and is not guaranteed

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST required, 5pm to 7pm EST optional
Speed to lead matters most

What we need from you:

Based in the US or Canada
Proven closing experience, ideally B2B or service sales
Clear, confident spoken English
Able to respond to new leads quickly during working hours
