Commission-Only Digital Marketing Sales

I’ve just launched a full-service digital marketing and advertising agency offering social media marketing, search-engine optimization, content marketing, website development, Meta ads and copywriting. The infrastructure, case studies and fulfilment team are ready; what I need now are commission-only sales professionals who can open doors, build relationships and close deals across retail, technology, healthcare—or frankly any sector that needs more leads and revenue.

You will be pitching a value-packed service stack that genuinely helps businesses grow, so if you thrive on cold calling, cold outreach and consultative selling you’ll feel right at home. Strong communication and a proven sales track record are essential; prior experience selling digital marketing is a bonus but not required if you can demonstrate results in other industries.

Compensation is 100 % commission, paid promptly on each closed contract, with no cap and higher (+5%) percentages for multi-service or long-term retainers. Base commission on each sale is 15%. (Prices range from 1.5k to +8k depending on the clients needs and budget)

• A clear weekly pipeline report
• Qualified meetings booked with decision-makers
• Signed agreements that convert into paying clients
