We are Codand, a two-founder web & mobile app development agency (codand.in). We build custom websites, mobile apps, and AI solutions — whatever the client needs, no fixed package.

We're hiring a Sales Executive to start finding and closing clients for us — this is an active, ongoing role, not a one-off task.

What you'll do:

Start prospecting immediately — LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, your own network (no lead list provided)
Pitch potential clients on custom web/app/AI development
Qualify interest and bring the client to us to finalize scope and pricing
We're currently prioritizing freight/logistics companies and AI voice-calling buyers, but open to any custom dev opportunity — including LMS/edtech

Compensation:

100% commission-only — no base pay
20% of total project value, paid only after the client pays for the project
Example: $10,000 project landed → $2,000 commission

Who we're looking for:

Real B2B sales/BD experience — comfortable doing outbound, not waiting for leads
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated — independent, results-driven role
Comfortable selling internationally and in India
