Commission-Based Cold Callers Needed

We are looking for 2 experienced cold callers/appointment setters to join our growing roofing lead generation company.

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

* Located in Latin America (LATAM)
* Excellent, clear, near-neutral spoken English
* Previous experience cold calling U.S. customers
* Previous appointment-setting experience
* Experience using a predictive or multi-line dialer such as BatchDialer, ReadyMode/XenCall, CallTools, Mojo, Convoso, VICIdial, or similar
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
* Reliable internet, computer, and headset
* Self-motivated and comfortable working on commission

Experience in roofing, solar, HVAC, home improvement, insurance, or real estate is a major plus.

Performance

We are looking for callers capable of consistently generating 1–2+ qualified appointments per day. High performers can earn significantly more because commissions are uncapped.
