Sophrodelic is looking for an independent and experienced client acquisition partner to bring us qualified international clients.

We offer several services, including:

* Private retreats in Jamaica lasting from 3 to 10 days
* Retreats for individuals, couples and small groups
* Online preparation and integration support
* Holistic therapy
* Professional training and supervision

**What we need**

You will be responsible for finding your own qualified prospects. We are not looking for someone who only closes leads supplied by us.

Your work may include:

* Finding individual clients directly
* Developing referral partnerships with therapists, coaches, wellness professionals and relevant organisations
* Reaching potential clients in the USA, Canada, UK
* Booking qualified prospects for a consultation with Bénédicte
* Keeping a simple and transparent record of leads and conversations

You may use ethical outreach, email, social media, professional networking and referral partnerships. No spam or misleading marketing.

**Compensation**

This is a 100% commission-based position.

You will receive **10% commission for every new client you directly source who makes a confirmed, fully paid booking** for an eligible Sophrodelic service.
