[Hiring] Remote B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – AI Automation & Web Dev Agency (Commission → Base + Commission after 3 months)
Hey everyone,

I run SenXDev, a newly started software and AI development agency. We build AI automations, AI chat agents, custom software and websites for businesses.

We’re looking for a few confident English speakers to call business owners, introduce our services and book discovery calls with me. I handle the call and close the deal. You get paid for every cloased deal that comes from a prospect you booked.

What you’ll do

Call businesses from lead lists we give you (US/UK/Australia)

Qualify the prospect and book a discovery call on my calendar

Follow up with interested prospects

Compensation

20% commission on every closed deal you bring in. Websites are $500–$1,000, so that’s $100–$200 per deal. Bigger projects like AI automations and custom software pay more.

After 3 months: If you show consistent effort you move to a monthly base pay plus commission

Commission is paid within 7 days of the client’s payment clearing

You’re a good fit if

You speak fluent English and you’re comfortable on the phone

You have a laptop, a headset and stable internet

Cold calling or sales experience is a plus but not required
