I’m taking D. & C.’s W Farms, LLC from concept to construction on a new commercial swine production facility in South Georgia and need outside expertise to get it right. You will start with my existing concept drawings—supplied strictly as background—and turn them into a coordinated, build-ready BIM package that can stand up to lender scrutiny, local code review, and the realities of owner-managed construction.
The scope reaches beyond a simple redraw. I’m looking for qualified Architects, Farm planners, and Livestock engineers who can challenge every assumption, refine the layout for bio-security and flow efficiency, and document the entire project in CAD/Revit (LOD-300 or better). Your work must satisfy SBA financing requirements, support permit submittals, and provide clear guidance for trades once we break ground.
Key deliverables
• Updated site and building master plan, fully coordinated across disciplines
• Revit model with clash-free architecture, structural, MEP, and livestock-specific systems
• Plan sheets, sections, and details suitable for local permit filing and lender review
• Narrative and data sheets addressing animal welfare, waste handling, and environmental controls
• Construction-phase drawing updates through owner-managed milestones
I’ll supply survey data, utility information, and the current concept set the moment we kick off. If you have a track record with intensive livestock facilities and can move fluently between planning, engineering, and BIM, let’s talk timelines and deliverables.
