I already have the full AutoCAD drawings for a commercial project and every rubber-flooring zone is clearly marked. What I need now is a fresh, bright, and vibrant colour concept that will liven up these areas and still suit a professional business environment. I don’t have specific shades in mind, so part of the assignment is to recommend a balanced palette, show how it flows from zone to zone, and then calculate the exact square metres required for each colour.

Please work directly in the DWG files (or overlay on top if you prefer a PDF export first), assign the chosen colours, and return a colour-coded plan that can go straight to procurement. Accuracy of the take-offs is critical because the quantities will drive the purchase order with the flooring supplier.

Deliverables:
• Updated colour layout in DWG and PDF, with a legend showing each selected colour
• Bill of quantities listing the square metres for every colour, broken down by area/room
• A brief note explaining the colour rationale so stakeholders can approve quickly

If you use AutoCAD, Revit, or other tools for visualisation, that’s perfect—just make sure the files come back in standard formats we can open internally.
